Veltor – Founding Member Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 13th December 2025
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Veltor Founding Member Program. By submitting payment and confirming your reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
“Veltor”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refers to the company developing the Veltor platform.
“You” refers to the user purchasing the Founding Member reservation.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not complete the purchase.
1. Nature of the Founding Member Program
The Founding Member reservation is a one-time, non-recurring fee that grants you early access benefits.
It is not a subscription and does not represent a purchase of the final product.
The program is intended to:
Support early development
Allow early adopters to influence the product
Provide exclusive access and benefits
This payment does not guarantee any specific feature, release date, or product outcome.
2. What You Receive as a Founding Member
Founding Member benefits currently include:
Guaranteed early access before public launch
3 months of the Pro plan free after launch
Priority onboarding and support
Influence on product direction (your feedback helps guide development)
Access to a private founder-only circle
These benefits are perks, not contractual deliverables.
Veltor may add, modify, or remove non-essential benefits at its discretion.
3. Not a Guarantee of Product Availability or Performance
By joining, you acknowledge:
The platform is under active development
Features may change, improve, or be removed
Timelines may shift
The beta/early access experience may contain bugs, downtime, or limitations
Veltor does not guarantee uninterrupted access or perfect functionality
We are not liable for delays, technical issues, or changes in product scope.
4. Payment Terms
The Founding Member fee is a one-time payment:
No subscription will be automatically started
Payment is processed securely through Stripe
We do not store full card details
5. Refund Policy
All Founding Member payments are final and non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with early access features
Delays in launch
Product pivots or modifications
Failure to use the benefits
Because your purchase directly funds early development, refunds are not offered under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
6. No Ownership or Equity
Purchasing a Founding Member reservation:
Does not grant equity
Does not grant voting rights
Does not create a partnership or joint venture
Does not give ownership over any part of Veltor’s intellectual property
This is strictly a supporter and early-access role.
7. Communications & Feedback
By joining, you consent to receive:
Product updates
Early access instructions
Surveys and feedback requests
Founder-circle communications
Feedback you provide may be used to improve Veltor.
You grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use such feedback without obligation.
8. Changes to the Program
Veltor may modify:
Benefits
Requirements
Access conditions
Release timelines
Product scope
We may discontinue or replace components of the Founding Member program if needed for development or operational reasons.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Veltor is not liable for damages arising from delays, bugs, downtime, lost data, lost revenue, or your reliance on early-stage features
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the product
Veltor’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Founding Member fee
This limitation applies even if you advised us of possible damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow full limitation of liability; in those cases, Veltor’s liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable.
10. No Warranty
The Founding Member experience is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no warranties, express or implied, including:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Reliability or uptime
Accuracy of features
Future availability of any specific tool or integration
11. Termination
We may revoke Founding Member access, without refund, if:
You abuse the platform
You misuse early access privileges
You engage in harmful or illegal activity
You violate our Terms of Service (once published)
Founding Member benefits do not entitle you to lifetime access, unlimited support, or unconditional platform use.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veltor is established.
Any disputes will be resolved under that legal system.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary.
If changes are significant, we will notify users via email or website posting.
